Why volunteer with us?
Volunteering with the Daventry social club (DSC) is great for those who want to make a difference in their local community. Often times when volunteering for a larger organisations it can be difficult to feel the impact your contribution is having. DSC is a local ran project so you will be able to see the difference your making to Daventry in a meaningful way!
What can I bring to the Club?
Everyone has unique skill and talents even if they don't believe it themselves! DSC is an accessible project so we have many opportunities to match! Enjoy talking with people and group activities? Come be one of our club hosts! Able to drive or are able to help with individual sessions (such as day trips)? We would welcome you as a support volunteer! Unable to or just don't like leaving the house but still want to make a difference? We have plenty of administrative and graphic design jobs you could work on! Were also looking for people with unique talents to teach one-off sessions (for example, painting or cooking). If you have a speciality let us know! DSC would love to learn it from you!
